Donna Nakasue possesses 20+ years of experience in office administration (receptionist, secretary, bookkeeping, postal executive assistant), a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology, and 5 years experience as an Information Systems Associate for the US Postal Service (tech support, software training, project management, technical writing, video production and editing). Donna’s solid administrative background coupled with her technical knowledge enables her to offer a wide range of services to her clients.

Donna has been freelancing since 2002, offering services in desktop publishing, photo/video editing, and web design. Donna’s company, iVirtualAssist, was established in 2010 with an expanded list of services to help busy professionals, non-profit groups, and individuals save time and money.
